Brainchild of British eco-adventurer David de Rothschild, the Plastiki Expedition is a journey from San Francisco to Sydney, Australia, stopping off along the way to visit some of the most horrific examples of oceanic trash in the world, damaged coral reefs and soon to be flooded islands.
