Chef Spotlight: Aliza Green


Check out Aliza Green, chef, author and consultant from Philadelphia. With eight books published and two more on the way, she's taken time out to sign up to be a Firestone Pathfinder. As she wrote on our Facebook Wall: "Potatoes, chiles and ceviche originated in Peru, which has a complex cuisine perfect for wine pairing." We knew about ceviche, but had no idea about potatoes and chiles-thanks Aliza!
